· Biomechanical ( correct postural alignment in poses )
· Ayurvedic ( balancing bodily systems primarily through yoga and daily routine )
· Energetic ( meditation, mantra, Kundalini kriya, reiki )
First session-Evaluation
· Brief history ( presenting issues/injuries, pertinent info, student desires/goals )
· Observation of poses, completion of checklist ( if applicable )
· Determine needs of student ( specific recommendations )
· Provide instruction ( yoga poses, affirmations, meditations )
· Hard copy of program- day of evaluation, where applicable ( clean copy to follow )
Follow-up private sessions
· Review ( reporting, demonstrating )
· Adjust program ( adding new goals/poses/actions where applicable )
· Instruction
· Update hardcopy |
