Breath work, yoga postures and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan

Ayur Specific breath work, yoga postures and meditation used for balancing the doshas

Iyengar

Focus is on alignment and form in classic yoga postures

Pre-Natal

Gentle yoga to decrease anxiety and stress, restore energy and

generate relaxation / can be attended 6-8 weeks, post partum

Group Sadhana Free and open to all. Sadhana consist of 1 hour of Kundalini Yoga and 1 hour of chanting / meditation. Yogi Tea afterwards
